Joseph M. Chambers is admitted to practice law in Idaho (2016) and Utah (1979) and has more than 39 years of continuous experience practicing law primarily in Northern Utah and Southeast Idaho.  Mr. Chambers has litigated cases in state and federal districts court including the bankruptcy courts. He has argued cases before the Utah appellate courts and the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Courts of Appeals.  He served for 15 years as a part-time Deputy County Attorney for Rich County, Utah and has taught tax and employment courses at Brigham Young University Law School and Utah State University. Mr. Chambers is admitted to the Utah and Idaho State Bars, all Idaho and Utah state courts including the Idaho and Utah Supreme Courts, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Idaho and Utah, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, the U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals for both the Ninth and Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court.  He has an AV Martindale-Hubbel© attorney rating and a 9.2 AVVO rating.
